The following information is usually required during the loan process for a home purchase:

• Copy of your  Social Security card and Drivers License.
• Current pay stubs for the most recent 30 days and past two years W2's
• Your complete and signed tax returns for the past two years
• Bank statements for the past two months (all pages)
• Investment account statements for the past two months (all pages)
• Retirement account statements for the past two months (all pages)
• Monthly debt/liability account information

 For a refinance, we will also need a copy of the following:

• Mortgage account information
• Home insurance policy information
• Home equity account information (if applicable)
• Survey
• Deed and previous Owners Title Policy
• Last year property tax bill
